The first page of the certificate folder contains the elaborate St Vincent's Hospital Melbourne Training School emblem.
The second page certifies that Miss Mary Deane has completed and passed the three- year course of training and examination in Medical Surgical Ophthalmic and Gynaecological Nursing and is now a fully qualified Nurse.
It is signed by Honoray Lecturer Henry Leo Brewer and Mother Rectress M.A.O'Doherty.
