Item reports on the fitting a T reflector to try and improve the visibility of trams in Geelong. Notes that they are being tested on a tramcar and that it was based on a similar method in Melbourne. See Item 9053 for an image of this on tram 21, dated 23-6-1949. This was not successful and were later replaced by electrically lit tail lights.
