3221 A - 10 August 1971, standard National Trust of Australia (Victoria) proforma for details of history and condition of property
3221 B - 10 April 1972, National Trust of Australia (Victoria) advice that Lauriston House has been awarded a "C" classification by the NT. The citation reads: "An early Bendigo House built for the well-known police magistrate Lachlan McLachlan ("Bendigo Mac"); also, of interest for its Gothic porch and for the unusual eaves brackets for the bay window".
3221 C - 29 April 1980, National Trust of Australia (Victoria) advice to Sandner Wilde, Barristers and Solicitors of the classification and citation of 80 Barkly Street, Bendigo.
3221 D - 15 March 1977 - National Trust of Australia (Victoria) advice of the classification of the property supplied to \Mrs. Pettersen (a great grand daughter of "Bendigo Mac".
3221 E - undated, hand-written note with further details on the fabric of the building "Lauriston" at 80 Barkly Street.
