The second page certifies that Miss Mary Bernard Brennan has received training as a Nurse for a period of three years. She has attended the prescribed course of lectures and has passed the prescribed examinations and that she is qualified to act as a Trained General Nurse. It is signed by Honorary Lecturer JA Horan MBBS and Mother Rectress, M.A.O'Doherty SRN.
