Summary

Achievements of note in the 1960 - 1962 report:
- First length of service awards
- Stage one of Centre Block completed
- 19 clinics in operation in country hospitals. 1962 the decision was made to charter a twin engined aircraft to visit the country locations
- Visiting Nursing Service Expansion to eastern and southeastern suburbs. The extension and delays due to travel times lead to establishment of two depots at Box Hill and District Hospital and St John of God Training Cantre Cheltenham
