Photograph shows the rear entry door of Leyland OPS1 No 416 in Bourke Street at the Swanston Street stop for Nicholson Street, East Brunswick buses. Ahead is a Leyland TD5c double decker bus loading for Northcote at its designated stop. Another OPS1 can be spotted heads to Spencer Street between these two buses. 416 entered service in November 1948 and is sporting some minor damage and not in new condition. Photo dates to c1949. It appears to be an official M&MTB photograph.
