Historical information

Photo shows J class tram No. 87, possibly outside a depot. The destination cannot be read. The tram was sold to the SEC in 1930, prior to that it was based at Glen Huntly depot. The conductor is in full uniform with conductor's bag. Note the blanked-over hole in the top left-hand corner of the apron.
