In 2008/2009, the Sunshine and District History Society initiated a project to oversee the cataloguing of items into the 'Inmagic DB Textworks' computer program.

The consultants, Cultural Connotation were engaged to produce a workflow that would suit the Sunshine and District History Society for cataloguing future items, including cataloguing priorities, room layouts, storage requirements, etc.
