A personal invitation to Miss E Graham to attend the Ceremony to Commemorate the Re-Dedication of the Memorial Plaque erected in honour of the Nursing Sisters who lost their lives on the AHS "Centaur" and in Malaya during World War 2.
The ceremony was to be held in the Memorial Rose Garden at the Repatriation General Hospital in Heidelberg on 18th September, 1986.

On the front of the invitation is a blue ink print of a garden with a flagpole in the centre. The words 'Memorial Rose Garden / Repatriation General Hospital, Heidelberg' are below.
Inside the invitation is mostly printed with blue ink, except the name 'MISS E GRAHAM', which is black. The edges of the card are scalloped.
