Blue wax paper plan with white inscriptions, titled 'Whip and Jersey'. Plan shows reef lines: Carshalton, Napoleon, Nell Gwynne, New Chum, Sheepshead, Garden Gully, Paddy Gully, Derby, Hustlers. Deborah Reef marked in bold text. Bendigo to Melbourne railway line at top of plan. 'Whip and Jersey, £200,000', written in white on left hand side of plan. Plan forms part of the Margaret Roberts Collection.
