Correspondence between the Adjutant General and Major General outlining the requirements of having one of more members of the Australian Army Nursing Service travel with transport or passenger ships that carry more than 150 troops. It goes on to detail the arrangements if there are less than 150 troops or if accomodation is not available, such as the case with the S.S."Ulysses" and the "Strathallan".
