Coloured certificate mounted on thick cardboard. Certificate presented to the Duke of York by the Shire of Marong on Commonwealth Proclamation Day 1st January 1901. Includes images of the Coats of Arms of the six states and the Commonwealth, decorative columns and state floral emblems. Signed by the Shire of Marong Councillors. Printed by Sands and McDougall.
