Photograph shows MESCo or SECV Geelong tram No. 23 decorated with lights for an event. Item 9810i, records that the tram was adapted for use with many light bulbs for various events. Not known which event that this was for. The tram has the destination of West. See item 5863 for when it was used for the 1938/39 centenary.
