Historical information
The photograph shows W2 class tram 504 after collision damage, most likely with another tram, given the nature of the damage. Was running a Mont Albert route 42 service at the time. The tram was later painted by Clifton Pugh in 1978. The head and tail marker lights were fitted during August 1973, giving a c1975 date of the accident.
