A transcribed copy of a letter from an Australian Nursing Sister, Miss Douglas, back home to her family in 1918.
The letter details her experience in travelling to London to be awarded the Royal Red Cross from the King. It provides great detail on her journey, her experience of the day, and her impressions of Buckingham Palace, as well as the people she encountered on her day out.
