Historical information

On November 11, 1997 the TDK Australian Audio Book Awards were presented at the National Library in Canberra. Louis Braille Books won the Trish Trinick Prize for the Best Narrator with "The Fiftieth Gate" by Mark Raphael Baker, narrated by James Wright. In these images James Wright stands in the middle of a group, with Elizabeth Jolley to his left and Michelle Torres to the right. In another image, James Wright holds the award with producer Elizabeth Wood.
