Artists statement
The language of my work centres on the balance of colour, tone and form. Applying flat defined areas of colour in unusual combinations, I strive to create a finely tuned equilibrium where order, but not rigidity, structure, harmony, moderation and unity are achieved.
Artist Bio
Jennifer Goodman is a Melbourne-based artist. She studied painting at RMIT University and she has exhibited extensively across Australia. Her work is acquired in major collections including: McClelland Gallery and Sculpture Park, Monash University Collection and the Art Gallery of Western Australia.
