To help raise funds for the RVIB, Lucky Envelope Instant Bingo dispensers were placed into pubs and hotels. The donor would place 20 cents into the machine and be given one of these cards, which they would open via the perforations in the middle of the card, to reveal a set of numbers. Payment would be according to the colour, and the odds of these are listed on the back of the card.
