Historical information
Moses Frazer was reportedly the first grocer to open in High Street, St Kilda. The Sands and McDougal's Melbourne and Suburban Directory of 1864 locates the premises of 'Frazer, M., grocer and wine and spirit merchant' on the east side of High Street, near the intersection with the east end of Inkerman Street.
