Framed B&W Photograph of the Mayoral pendant given to the City of Sunshine by Cr. A. G. Pennel, J.P. to commemorate it's proclamation as a City, 16th May, 1951. Photograph records the designer and maker of the pendant 'Casley The Jewellers.'
The Photograph has a cut out cream card mount with gold colour edges between it and the glass. The frame is narrow, dark brown and wood grain finish. The frame appears to be manufactured from a resin material, but could be wooden.
