The picture shows an original house which was the home of the Kelly family at 60 The Esplanade Maribyrnong Photo features Mary Kelly in pinafore dress and blouse common dress for girls of the period Mr WH Dale father of Nola Parker and Mr Kelly father of Mary No 58 vacant block with cows and chooks also owned by Mr Kelly Later used for a trotting horse stables No 56 block adjoining No 58 east of it had a brick dairy also Kellys The dairy was later rented to the Lipski family who migrated as displaced persons from Poland The house next to it was built by Hickeys No 54 Block Lipskis bought dairy and built their own house and they still live at this house
