Participants report of the Western Region Student Representative Council (S.R.C.) forum held and attended by State Premier, the Hon John Cairn 28/5/1989. This was the first and only ever such meeting of student representatives from throughout a Ministry of Education Region to be informed of and responded to Government education policy initiatives, the highpoint of the movement to democratize schools.
