Large format print for display purposes. Copy made Oct. 2001 for the "gold, Gold GOLD" temporary exhibition - colour laser print onto card, with Velcro dots on rear.
Inscriptions & markings
On rear of photo in blue ink. "Ballarat: "K.S. Kings No. E (x)(1) Copyright reserved" and "Victoria commemorated the centenary of the discovery of gold in 1951 with various exhibitions and celebrations. The SEC decorated their Ballarat No. 23 as shown and painted it, appropriately gold.
This view was taken inside the tram depot and shows the construction of the former horse tram shed."
