'Agnes Wotherspoon King is buried / in family grave in Mansfield (Vic) / Cemetary. There was no plaque in the / grave so Returned Nurses RSL went to / Mansfield placed the plaque on the / grave. / Agnes was a WWI AANS nurse / and after the war she was the / Matron of a number of Repatriation / Hospitals throughout Australia' [Handwritten in black ink on the back of the photo]
