Historical information
Two poems written by Sister Male, a member of the Australian Army Nursing Service, 1939-1945. The poems are about the food and living conditions for Nurses serving in World war II. The first is entitled 'Army Nurses' "IF" ' (an altered version of Rudyard Kipling's famous poem). The second is 'Bloody, bloody, bloody'.
