The location of this photograph is at the Raleigh Road terminus outside the Maribyrnong Explosive Factory
The M&MTB during WWII and after ran an intensive service on what is now the West Maribyrnong Route 57 to cater for the various Department of Defense sites including the Footscray Ammunition Factory, Maribyrnong Explosive Factory, Maribyrnong Ordnance Factory.
