Photo shows W2 class tram 234 on display in Sydney Hyde Park. The tram is being transported on a Brambles Load Loader. The tram was part of the Transporting Art Project and painted by Andrew Southwell. See April 1979 Trolley Wire which reported "Melbourne W2 234 visited Sydney for a tourist promotion during March. This is one of the pop art painted c a r s . It was on display in Hyde Park for five days from Monday 5th." It was subsequently sold and moved eventually to Memphis Tennasee 2/90.
