Summary

When Pagan Joe and his brother, John Trevannion, left the United States for London they started a headache for Andy Frampton and produced quite a few grey hairs at the temples for his aide, Sergeant Frank Arnold. The first clash came when John Trevannion put down a thug for a very long count outside bank premises not far from Hyde Park. That brave act saved the life of Sally Lythall but didn't count for much - with Frampton.
