The Port Melbourne picture theatre is pictured at the top of the newspaper cutting with old movie house enthusiast, John POULIANAKIS. John described it as being " ... well & truly a working man's theatre. Cr Barry MITCHELL sold lollies to moviegoers as a nine year old and remembered it as 'a bug house'.
