The City of St Kilda was amalgamated with Port Melbourne and South Melbourne to form the City of Port Phillip in 1994.

Physical description

Round brass badge with City of St Kilda crest in the middle. Around the rim, inscribed in gold against a blue enamel background, are the words 'City of St Kilda'. On the back are two brass loops and split pins to keep the badge in place, possibly on a hat.
