Photocopy of 2 pages of a book "Maccabi Warsaw 1915-1939", published in Hebrew in Tel Aviv July 1973 by Federation of Friends of Maccabi Warsaw in Israel with the Wingate Institute and the help of the Ministry of Sports, Education and Culture. Hard cover book 192pp. The book is about the Maccabi Warsaw athletes and history of the club. The single reference to Australia is that Australia had a boxing team that competed against the other teams - Poland, Egypt, USA, France & Germany. P.153: Poland came 1st at the 1st Maccabiah Games p.154: In 1930, pre-Maccabiah, there were no sports facilities in Israel.
