Photos of basketball or netball. 01: Inge said it's probably netball or basketball and the photo was taken on a Saturday at a final in Melbourne around 1948. Inge identified the women from L to R - Adina Jardeni, Rita Frankel, Inge Kaufmann, Carol Light, Eva Catts, Sally Frankel, Hannah Ulman (who was the only one married at the time)& Lily Lisner (married name). Other girls were single at the time. Inge also said that she was the only one still alive now. The names below include the married names for the girls who were married after this photo was taken. Carol Light was married twice - 1st Lapidus, 2nd Hammerman. 04: This photo was taken in 1950's probably after 1954 & the photo has "basketball" written on the back - Inge said netball was called basketball in the 1950's.
