Historical information
The Eaglehawk Dahlia and Arts Festival began as a means for the residents to promote the Borough of Eaglehawk by a Dahlia show as well as the mass planting of dahlias in Canterbury Park. The festival has evolved further to include a street parade and an Art Show. The event continues to the present and is usually held in March of each year.
