Historical information
The booklet was published in 1928 to commemorate the Diamond Jubilee (60th Anniversary) of St. Paul's Church, Bendigo.
The Bishop of Bendigo at the time was The Right Reverend Donald Baker.
The church was opened for worship in 1868, just two years after construction commenced.
The tower and bells were added at a later date.
St Paul's became the Bendigo Diocese cathedral in 1981and replaced the previous cathedral of All Saints in Forest Street.
