Lister House was used as a private hospital back in the 1920s

This document is an advertisement for a new hospital in Bendigo, highlighting the following key points: The hospital offers up-to-date medical and maternity services focused on providing the best treatment, comfort, and attention to patients.

General patients are charged £2/2/- per week.Maternity patients pay £2/12/6 per week. Operation fees are described as very moderate. The hospital is highly recommended by those who have inspected it.Numerous patients have found it a delightful place for recovery.

For further details, inquiries are directed to Dr. Neptune Scott, M.N.D., F.R.C.S., at Lister House, Rowan Street, Bendigo.
