Physical description

A bottle green, SEC uniform jacket. The jacket is single breasted, with four bronze buttons pressed with State Electricity Commission of Victoria lettering and shield. The jacket has two hip pockets, the opening lower edge of which is reinforced with a brown leather band. There is a small upper right breast pocket. The sleeve cuffs are reinforced with a brown leather strip. The jacket is fully lined in a black cotton cloth.

Inscriptions & markings

The makers label inside the RH front bears the manufacturer - Blazer and Uniform Specialist - David Lack Pty. Ltd. The Recipient name is F. Scruse.
