Physical description

A bottle green, woollen, SECV Uniform Jacket. The jacket is single breasted and fastened with three, metal, State Electricity Commission of Victoria buttons with lettering and shield insignia. The jacket front hemline is curved at the lower edge of both RH and LH fronts. The jacket features a breast pocket, and two hip pockets, the lower openings of each hip pocket being reinforced by a panel of black leather. The sleeves are similarly finished in black leather stripping. There are two internal pockets, and the jacket is fully lined in black cotton cloth.
