Historical information
This book gives you an outline of the arrangements made to assist you in returning to civil life. A very large book indeed would be needed to describe all the arrangements in detail. Therefore an endeavour has been made to tell you in the simplest possible form - What Provisions Exist; What Authorities deal with them; How to apply for them. -- Page iii.
