Physical description

Grey dust-jacket over blue clothbound book.The front cover has a large black rectangle with a white border, the title is printed in red at the top and the author in red text at the bottom. In the centre is a large illustration of an army nurse in a barren field. Along the border is a similar template, however, the nurse is dressed in a white uniform and veil, rather than khaki pants and top. There is a large spine label taped to the base of the spine.
