This view of Bacchus Marsh is undated. Judging by the number and type of buildings which can be seen it probably dates from around the 1870s.
Significance
This is one of the earliest street scenes of Bacchus Marsh. It is therefore of great significance in providing a photographic record of the township in its formative years.
