A Patriotic Carnival was held at Luna Park on 8-13 December 1917, to aid the Australian Red Cross and Comfort Funds. The badge may have entitled the wearer to admission to all sessions.
A round shaped copper coloured badge with a coat of arms in the centre. Four small panels around the perimeter in dark blue provide background for the embossed lettering. Fastener on the back.
