CITY OF ST. KILDA
To every person in Victoria entitled to an estate of freehold in possession or to the possession under any lease of the rateable property hereinafter described whose name and address is not known to the Council of the City of St. Kilda.
TAKE NOTICE that in respect of the property hereinafter described (being rateable property within the Municipal district of the City of St. Kilda), rates for more than five (5) years, amounting to the sum of and interest thereon, have accrued and are unpaid. And FURTHER TAKE NOTICE that the Municipality of the Mayor, Councillors and Citizens of the said City hereby demand payment thereof. And that in default of such payment the said Municipality will after the expiration of twenty-eight clear days from the date of the affixing of this notice take possession of the said property under the "Local Government Act 1903."
The following is a description of the Rateable property hereinbefore referred to:---
