Physical description

The cartoon depicts an officious appearing nurse who is holding long bandages and tapes with safety pins in her mouth and an outstretched hand holding a bottle of antiseptic iodine. The bandages have been extensively wound around Mr Bingham's right hand, fingers and arms. The bandages seem to be endless, and the officious but patient Mr Bingham shows his eyes raised in compliance.
