Historical information
The St. Albans Heights State School No 4948 opened on the 10th May 1968.
The school was built during a period of rapid suburban expansion in St Albans. Large Housing Commission estates and post‑war migrant settlement created urgent demand for new schools to relieve overcrowding at St Albans, St Albans East, and St Albans South.
The school was subsequently renamed as the St. Albans Heights Primary School.
