A postcard, colour, taken at the corner of Bourke and Spencer Sts with Z1 class 33 on Route 96 plus another Z1 waiting to shut at the terminus. In the background The National Bank Building at 500 Bourke St is reaching its planned height. It was completed in 1977. Also visible are the BHP and AMP towers, Mail Exchange and the MTOCo Tramway building and part of the new Savoy Taven verandah. Photo c1976.
