Historical information
Tram 37 was built by Duncan and Fraser , Adelaide, in 1916 for the Hawthorn Tramways Trust. It came to Ballarat in 1960 and was in service until the trams in Ballarat stopped in 1971. It was a Bogie drop end and centre open combination tram. In 1971 it went to South Pacific Electric Railway/Sydney Tramway Museum.
