1 - Minutes of a meeting dated 24/11/1923 - twenty-five motormen and conductors attended and were addressed by Mr Jewell, ATEA with the result that all present became members of the Union, with a branch committee being elected and that the Secretary be paid 5/- per week.
2 - Minutes of a Half-Yearly General Meeting held at Trades Hall on August 12th, 1934, detailing officers present, confirmation of previous minutes, passing of accounts, and adoption of the Secretary's report. President N Horne, Vice President S Parker, R Fisher, Treasurer E Bourke, and S Moreland and C McDonald. Meeting addressed by Union General Secretary Mr Jewell, Ballarat President Mr Drummond, Mr Miller, and Mr Bowden.
