Historical information

The School Paper was a historic monthly educational magazine published by the Victorian Education Department from 1896 until 1969. Created to provide staple reading material, literature, and local content for students across different grade levels in Victorian schools. They featured stories, poems, songs with music, and historical or geographical information tailored for various class levels.

Physical description

Copies of The School Paper published by the Department of Education of Victoria in 1902, 1915, and 1916 for Grades V, VI, VII, VIII. Each publication has an individual issue number.
