Digital copy of a colour photograph of the plaque marking the official opening of the Morris Reserve Pavilion erected by Port Melbourne City Council. Opened Saturday, 29 August 1970 by Mayor Cr T T BUCKINGHAM. The plaque also lists other councillors, some CoPM staff and the architects Norris and Partners Pty Ltd.
