Electric Tram Driver's Certificate, No. 2227, from the Melbourne and Metropolitan Tramways Board, dated 24/1/1947, certifying that Collins T. - No 2648- passed the examination for an Electric Tram Driver, with signatures of an Instructor (C. Elliot) and Manager (Misson?), and a typed date of 24/1/47. Understood that Mr Collins joined the tramways after he was demobilised following the Second World War.

Significance

Demonstrates a MMTB form used to record a person was qualified as a tram driver for Mr. T Collins.
